Highland Amateur Cup
- All teams entering the above cup are reminded that it is a requirement that they provide adequate washing & changing facilities otherwise they must play at an alternative ground( Rule 25)
Proposal to abolish replays
- Due to the falling number of clubs entering the HA cup the views of the association are required on any changes that may be made to the cup zones. At present we are zoned with Ross-shire in the first round.

Notified business
- Application from Portree United to be readmitted to the association
- Bertie Urquhart to propose that an over 40`s team be allowed to play in cup competitions
- For a trial period of one season(2010) all games to be played on a Monday & Thursday evening (any two teams who are in agreement can play at the weekend if they wish to do so) I. Davidson, Chairman
- All cup finals to be played at 3pm on a Saturday- I. Davidson, Chairman
- Kick off times to remain the same as last season unless teams in agreement- Struan FC
